Musculoskeletal
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy refers to physiotherapy for any part of the body - muscles, joints, nerves, tendons and ligaments.
Physiotherapists help to assess injury or dysfunction and diagnose its source.
We use evidence-based practice to plan treatments (including manual therapy and exercise prescription) in order to ease pain, improve function, facilitate your recovery and prevent injury reoccurrence so that you can achieve the goals that are meaningful to you.
Women's Health
There are many pelvic conditions unique to women that can be so challenging to navigate or sensitive/difficult to talk about. These symptoms are not limited to women who have given birth. Women of all ages and stages of life can be affected.
I am all about making women feel safe and comfortable to talk about and address these concerns.
Whether it is pregnancy, postpartum recovery, incontinence, prolapse, pain, menopause-related symptoms, osteoporosis, there is so much that women's health physiotherapy can do to help.
Connect Therapy™
Connect Therapy™ is an assessment and treatment framework developed by Dr Linda-Joy Lee. It is a whole body approach which considers all aspects of the individual and all regions of their body to help assess and treat the root cause of injury/problem.
I have seen how powerful this approach is in helping so many move and feel better, particularly in those who have already tried rehab without much improvement or who continue to have injury reoccurrence.

My Approach
Gen Fleeton
B. App. Sci (Physiotherapy)(Hons)
Better together is what I truly believe. Together, we can always do better, feel better, be better.
I strive to do this through understanding, collaboration, team work, communication and a bit of fun along the way.
I enjoy working with people who want to work together to get better, and I see my role as someone who can help facilitate that.
I have been fortunate to work in a range of settings with so many fantastic physiotherapists and health professionals. I have had extensive experience in treating chronic injuries as well as complex women's pelvic health conditions.
I take a whole body and whole person approach.
I know how overwhelming it can be living with a chronic condition, but I truly believe that movement is medicine. Pain, injury, chronic disease, incontinence, prolapse or fear of these can all be barriers to moving well and can limit the life you want to live. There is always something that can be done to help.
I am genuine in my approach to helping and caring for everyone I work with.
